Snowball Mountain Challenge Vacation Bible School will be held July 6th through 10th from 5:30-8:30 pm at Cornerstone Fellowship Church, 1212 Peppertree Drive in Shenandoah. The Wilson Arts Center will host The Day the Crayons Quit Summer Theatre Camp for children ages 6 to 12, July 6th through 10th from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Campers will help write the script, design costumes and props, and perform an original production inspired by the popular children's book. A public performance will be held at 5:00 pm on Friday, July 10th. The cost is $175. The Wilson Arts Center is located at 300 Commerce Drive in Red Oak. Children are invited to participate in the 2026 Page County Fair Little Mr. & Little Miss Contest. Judging will take place on Wednesday, July 8, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Clarinda. Registration is $15, and families will select a judging time during registration. Winners will be crowned at the Page County Fair Kickoff BBQ on July 20.
